1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and winph37 ("winph37," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the winph37 website located at https://winph37.net, its mobile application, and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the winph37 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering on winph37, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your account credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.

• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

All financial transactions on the winph37 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). winph37 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as made available on the Platform from time to time.

By making a deposit on winph37, you confirm that:

• The funds you deposit are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• You are the authorized holder of the payment method used to make the deposit.
• You are not depositing funds on behalf of any third party.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require the submission of supporting documentation before processing. winph37 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the completion of verification procedures or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

winph37 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. winph37 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

Deposits made to the winph37 Platform are non-refundable once wagering activity has commenced, except where required by applicable law or at winph37's sole discretion.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the winph37 Platform — including but not limited to Joker Poker, 3-Hand Casino Hold'em, Limbo, Cocktail Nights, Basketball betting, and Crickex — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bets.

winph37 is committed to fair play. Game outcomes on the Platform are determined by certified random number generation systems or live dealer mechanics, as applicable. winph37 does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, winph37 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. 7 Prohibited Conduct
